I’m a dedicated Dad, an Internet Marketer, App builder but most relevant for this site I’m a Bio-Hacker. I have always been keen to find the best, fastest and most effective methods to improve my health and mental performance.
During my time in school I developed a very serious “I’m not good enough believe”. I hated reading and all other kids were faster or better than me. Teachers were always complaining about my lack of “focus”.
Over the years I learned to cope with my difficulties but the shame and fear of being discovered as “not good enough” has always been there. Luckily I developed good social skills and was able to hide my weaknesses. But if someone got “too close” I turned inward and shut off.
Underneath I always felt incomplete and had the feeling I was missing something. It was this feeling of not being adequate that lead me on to the path of self-help and spirituality.
I have always been drawn to research techniques and technologies to make me better and faster.
The funny thing about such a deep rooted negative believe is that no amount of tools or techniques is sufficient. I kept on looking for more and more information and I read (but mostly listened to) at least 200 books on the full spectrum of self help. I also was a seminar junkie for at least 15 years.
It was only after my 40th birthday that I finally found the right combination. There is not that “one” technique or that “one” supplement that would bring me to my goal. For being able to thrive, it is important to impact the whole system: your body, your mind and your spirit. Anything else is just treating symptoms and the core of the problem will not disappear.
I am happy to announce that I have reached my goal. I feel that I am finally performing at my peak level. My body is strong and healthy, I have not been ill in the last three years.
My focus is sharp and I have found happiness in my life.
Now it is time for me to give back and share all I have learned with anybody who wants to get the most out of life.
Wishing you all the best on your journey. I hope we see each other some time.
